I haven’t had beef/pork/poultry etc since 2008, and I cut out fish this past August. I only had it once in a while before then, but I’m starting to wonder if it might be a good idea (nutrition-wise) to start having fish occasionally again. I need protien, and it would make it easier to find things to eat in some places, but I’m worried it might lead to guilt, or even to me eating...
